Marketing Manager




Cylus, the global leader in rail cybersecurity, helps mainline and urban railway companies prevent security incidents and service disruptions caused by cyber-attacks. We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help us get to the next level. If you have the right attitude and skills, we invite you to hop on this bullet train.

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage and operate all digital tools and platforms: social media channels, email marketing, newsletters, company website, webinar tools, professional forums and more.
  2. Plan, design and construct an automated marketing funnel to support all demand generation programs (working closely with Sales Operations).
  3. Collaborate with external demand generation agencies to plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns to drive growth and generate new leads.
  4. Create in-depth reports on campaign effectiveness using data and analytics (Google Analytics, etc.).
  5. Oversee the marketing calendar to plan activities such as conferences, webinars, and customer meet-ups.
  6. Manage and execute the global marketing communications strategy and support brand awareness initiatives (including employer branding).
  7. Work collaboratively with external content writers and designers to create new marketing campaigns. 
  8. Manage the marketing database to ensure data quality and integrity.



  1. 2-3 years of proven experience in all-around marketing management, ideally at a high-growth technology company
  2. Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools and practices (Hubspot, email marketing tools, Salesforce etc.) 
  3. Experience in online campaign management, such as Linkedin Ads, Facebook, Youtube, Google Adwords, etc. 
  4. Excellent communication skills in English - written, verbal, and presentations 
  5. Creative, motivated and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  6. Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
  7. Strong measurement/analytical skills for in-depth lead generation reports
  8. Ability to deep dive and learn new domains, technology fields, products and solutions.

Big plus:

  1. Experience from a Cybersecurity company 
  2. B.A/B.Sc in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  3. Creative skills: copywriting, design, content packaging, being able to create impactful online campaigns independently
