Cylus is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup based in the heart of Tel Aviv, led by world-class cyber experts. Our mission is to protect millions of people, worldwide, from cyber threats specific to modern trains, keeping them safe and on time. 

We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in planning and overseeing the talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.

You will be our go-to person for directing the interview process as well as providing insights and advice on hiring decisions.

 In this role, you will:

  • Drive Cylus’ end-to-end recruitment process across a multitude of functions in the company.
  • Develop strong and effective partnerships with senior leaders to identify talent strategies and improve processes.
  • Build innovative programs to attract candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to share reports and recommendations with relevant stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with our internal marketing department to plan and execute employer branding strategies.
  • Ensure that the ATS is up-to-date and use recruitment metrics to drive value 
  • Make our candidate experience a team-wide priority

  •  3+ years proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a Tech oriented company
  • You Have strong prioritization skills and are a multi-tasker
  • You thrive in a super dynamic, ever-changing environment with tight deadlines
  • You have superb written and verbal communication skills in English & Hebrew
  • You are experienced in sourcing candidates via social and professional networking
  • Hands-on experience with using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
