Cylus, the global leader in rail cybersecurity, helps mainline and urban railway companies avoid security incidents and service disruptions caused by cyberattacks. With over $50M in funding by top VCs and strategic investors, global customers, and strong partnerships with the biggest railway integrators, and some of the largest railroads as customers, we make a significant impact on the multi-hundred-billion-dollar global railway industry.
We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute our global marketing activities.
In this role, you will:
- Own and manage the full marketing calendar across campaigns, events, and content.
- Oversee our digital presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and online brand consistency.
- Plan and execute industry events and conferences, coordinating logistics, booth presence, speaking opportunities, and post-event follow-ups.
- Drive brand awareness across multiple channels with high-impact, creative marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute global marketing campaigns that align with company goals and support revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Leadership) to ensure messaging alignment and campaign effectiveness.
- Work with external partners and agencies to deliver campaigns, manage assets, and enhance brand reach.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, reporting key insights, and optimizing future activities.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in end-to-end marketing management, ideally within a B2B Tech startup.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tech tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, email marketing tools). High technical aptitude and experience using AI tools.
- Creative capabilities including copywriting, visual design, content packaging, and the ability to independently create impactful online campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in English—written, verbal, and presentation.
- Ability to deep-dive and quickly learn new domains, technologies, products, and solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and make effective decisions.
- Strong analytical and measurement skills for producing in-depth lead-generation reports.
