Cyber Professional Services Sales Director





Cylus is a cybersecurity startup based in the heart of Tel Aviv, led by world-class cyber experts. Our mission is to protect millions of people, worldwide, from cyber threats specific to modern trains, keeping them safe and on time. 

We are looking for a talented leader to join us as a Head of Cyber Professional Services Business Unit in this exciting journey. Create and be responsible for establishing a new business unit, including PS portfolio, Business processes, and Marketing activities.

Your role:

  1. Creating and leading the Cyber services Business Unit, including Professional Services, Business Processes, and Sales activities. 
  2. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for cybersecurity services, methodologies, and best ‏‏practices for securing platforms and operating systems at the network and endpoint level.
  3. Determine threats, identify risks and vulnerabilities to rail organizations, research security breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Review system design and architectures and make security-related recommendations for rail manufacturers and integrators.
  5. Identify market opportunities, with in-depth analysis of specific trends in the railway industry and develop business-related business opportunities with partners.


  1. 5+ years of B2B (Enterprise) experience in Sales or Business Development roles
  2. 5+ years of functional experience supporting enterprise or operations networks and cybersecurity field Industry frameworks.
  3. Knowledge across a variety of security products including firewalls, network-and-host-based intrusion detection (IDS) and intrusion prevention systems (IPS), security information event monitoring (SIEM) software.
  4. Knowledge of the regulatory compliance requirements for cybersecurity.
  5. Well rounded understanding of technology and business processes.
  6. A collaborative style with the ability to build partnerships both internally and externally.
  7. Ability to pick up on technical issues and knowledge quickly. Can quickly learn new skills and knowledge. Is good at learning a new industry (knowledge of the rail industry - big plus), company, product, or technical knowledge. 
  8. Well familiar with CRM platforms include SalesForce
  9. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
