Cylus expands its marketing efforts and we are looking for a world-class hands-on VP of Marketing to craft our approach to our current and new markets.

In this role, you will:
  1. Lead and develop a marketing strategy approach to target market segments in the rail ecosystem.
  2. Manage, lead and Mentor a Professional Marketing team.
  3. Lead the marketing by Set goals, objectives, and targets to provide lead generation, supporting the overall economics of the company.
  4. Plan and execute well-performing campaigns, conferences and trade shows.
  5. Establish and perform a best-in-class editorial calendar with social, digital and web presence that drives awareness and engagement.
  6. Work cross-functionally with executive management to make sure all marketing promotions are delivered with a high level of quality.
  7. Conduct and analyze market research to determine risk and marketability of potential products and product features.
  8. Direct and maintain relationships with external service providers including designers, writers, and PR companies.
We’re excited about you if you have:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing leadership experience, preferably in a cybersecurity startup company.
  2. Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred
  3. Extensive knowledge in constructing and implementing B2B marketing strategies for Enterprise software products
  4. Proven experience in pricing models and channels of distribution
  5. Knowledge of the latest technology trends
  6. Experienced in building brand awareness and recognition.
  7. Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition-driven ideas to inform decisions
  8. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  9. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Big Plus:
  1. Engineering background, specifically in cybersecurity
  2. Experience in a cybersecurity startup company.
